Doha, April 20, 2019: Gen. Dahlan Al- Hamad of Qatar was re-elected as the Asian Athletics Association President for the term of 2019-2023 at the 23rd Asian Athletics Congress held in Doha on Saturday (20th April)
Following his victory Mr. Dahlan offered his gratitude to all 45 member federations for trusting in his leadership and he vowed to continue his work to take all member federation together to develop and strengthen Asian Athletics.
For the first time in the history of Asian Athletics, four women members elected on the governing council
